URBN successfully delivered the fitout of the new Windsor IGA, transforming an existing tenancy into a modern, high-performing retail environment.

The project involved extensive internal demolition and refurbishment works, including the removal and reconfiguration of existing bakery, kiosk, and coffee zones, followed by the full installation of new service infrastructure, joinery, and finishes.

Coordination with Metcash-supplied refrigeration and cool room systems was critical to the program, requiring detailed staging and close collaboration with specialist vendors to achieve seamless integration.

Delivered under a fast-tracked schedule, the project included the management of all regulatory approvals, CAT 1 fire services installation, and final compliance certification.
