URBN is delivering the new HPS Tech Advanced Manufacturing Laboratory, a specialist facility designed to support high-precision product testing, certification, and R&D.
This technically complex project involves the integration of precise mechanical services, specialist joinery, and food-grade equipment within a controlled environment—where millimetres matter and compliance governs every stage of delivery. The laboratory’s design demands exact coordination of air handling systems, power distribution, and service penetrations to ensure uncompromised performance and safety.
