URBN Group was engaged to deliver the redevelopment of the Croatian Club in Geelong. The project, designed by TMDG Architects, involved refurbishing and upgrading the existing kitchen and bistro to meet the increased demand in the local Croatian community.
Initial works required the demolition of the existing structure. Given the site was live and surrounded by residential properties and local shops, all site activities and deliverables were carried out with minimal disruptions. On completion, the refurbished venue will feature a brand new commercial kitchen, rejuvenated bistro and dining space, amenities, entry foyer, and outdoor dining area with associated civil and site infrastructure service works.
